Italian tomatoes just taste better. Bionaturae tomatoes ripen naturally in the Italian sun and are harvested and hand-sorted so only the best tomatoes are packed. We work in small batches and pack in glass jars the same day of harvest, just like you would do if you were canning at home. Glass is pure and does not impart flavors on our tomatoes. Our lids are BPA-free and since we pack the freshest, ripest tomatoes, we never had to use additives like calcium chloride, ascorbic or citric acid.
